DentalOwl is a dental marketplace platform. DentalOwl helps people discover and connect with independent dental practices and may support booking or appointment activity.

All dental services are provided by licensed dental professionals. DentalOwl does not provide dental services directly. Membership plans and pricing may vary by location and provider.

Information provided through DentalOwl is for general informational and coordination purposes and is not medical or dental advice. Decisions about diagnosis, treatment, pricing, and care remain between you and the dental professional or practice.

DentalOwl is not an emergency service. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate healthcare professional.

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a request or enrolling in a DentalOwl service. Do not provide information you are not authorized to use or share.

You agree to use DentalOwl lawfully and not to interfere with, misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to DentalOwl or its supporting systems.

DentalOwl Text Updates provides recurring automated, non-marketing messages about bookings and appointments managed through DentalOwl. Messages may include:

• Booking links you request
• Booking confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Scheduling or rescheduling updates
• Cancellation notices
• Customer-care responses about your booking or appointment

Messages may identify the dental practice connected to your booking or appointment, but DentalOwl is the sender and operator of this messaging program.

DentalOwl Text Updates does not include advertising, promotions, billing notices, or general dental-office announcements.

Enrollment and consent

You may enroll by entering your name and mobile number on the DentalOwl Text Updates page and selecting the separate SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, receiving dental treatment, using DentalOwl, scheduling an appointment, or completing any transaction. Only provide a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use.

Your enrollment applies to bookings and appointments managed through DentalOwl, regardless of the dental practice involved. It does not authorize a dental practice to send you independent messages or marketing communications.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies based on your bookings, appointments, and interactions with DentalOwl. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier’s plan.

Opting out and getting help

You may cancel DentalOwl Text Updates at any time by replying STOP. DentalOwl may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will receive no further DentalOwl Text Updates unless you enroll again.

Message delivery

Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network availability and cannot be guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

DentalOwl handles information associated with Text Updates as described in the Privacy Policy.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

DentalOwl may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these Terms of Use as its services or applicable requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

DentalOwl is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, DentalOwl does not guarantee the availability of any particular practice, appointment, service, price, or outcome.
